According to the serial numbers presented on the beam: Soyuz U2 rocket manufacture number L15000-024 launched Progress 37 No. 145 on July 18, 1988.

The other serial numbers 11С59 indicated that it is а package of 1st and 2nd stages of Soyuz -U2 11А511У2
