For your consideration is an exceedingly rare and historically important original antique c.2009 royal OBE certificate for the appointment of William Andrew Taylor Roulston Esquire, to ordinary member of the civil division of said Most Notable Order of the British Empire. Awarded to Mr William Andrew Taylor ROULSTON for services to Equestrian Sport in Northern Ireland. (Coleraine, Co Londonderry).

This particular OBE certificate is hand-signed by H.M. Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Royal autographs are manuscript hand-signed in blue fountain pen ink. Royal presentation document is original. Royal document is embossed with the Royal OBE coat of arms cipher. Condition is fine. Document measures approximately 16.5\" x 11.75\".
