This listing is for a Brand new / unused ProTech Malibu with textured Black hard anodized 6061-T6Aluminum handles and aCPM S20-CV super steel blade.This is a rare version of the 2022 Haloween version of the Malibu and only 40 pieces were made. ProTech knives are manufactured in small batches and arequite difficult to obtain! When released these knives sell out very quickly.

Note: This version of the Protect Malibu was a limited edition made for Halloween of 2022. The knife is \"murdered out\" = all black. Special elements are the \"Flying Witch\" laser engraved on the blade and the Silver Lipped Mother of Pearl button lock. Only 40 of these knives were made...super rare!

The ProtechKnives Malibu is a manual flipper happy to join the Protech family and sports afast and fluid, flipper deployment and button lock mechanism. The Malibu featuresa blade made from premium, CPM 20-CV which is one of the new \"super steels\". Itis an ultra premium steel manufactured by Crucible Industries. Its properties enable it to offer the hardness, toughness, wear and corrosion resistance, and edge retention that yield great performance for the demanding knife owner. The black DLC coated bladehas aReverse Tanto profileoffers added durability at the tip for powerful piercing performance. Executedwith a high saber grind, the blade delivers balanced durability and slicingperformance with a gently sweeping belly.. Riding on a ball bearing pivot, the blade deploys fast and smooth viathe integral index flipper tab. The handle is made from hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum with machined subtle finger grooves and a diamond patterned texture for optimalgrip / comfort in the hand. The sweeping angle of the handle aligns the blade forbetter ergonomics in use and locks the hand in behind the integral flipper tabguard. The button lock (super cool Sliver Lipped Mother of Pearl) mechanism is smooth, reliable, and easy to use.
