Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the staples are a bit rusty it has a tiny bit of flaking at the edges ofnthe cover and a couple places where pencil writing has since faded and other defects. I would call it around a 1.8 gd- out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
