Offering a vintage press photograph showing construction at the Washington Capitol building. Caption sheet describes installation of a new \'super\' heating system in the building. Underwood and Underwood press photograph dated 1931. Great image! Sold as-found and I do not have any additional information on the age or history of this photoMeasures approximately 8\" by 10\" excluding caption sheet.

Condition: This photo has a large torn off section on the upper right corner and multiple tears, creases and corner bends throughout. There is additional heavy surface staining on the back and some surface wrinkling. Pencil notations on the back. Overall, still a great vintage photograph despite the damage. Tag Underwood158 NE
