This is an official and brand newPresident Ronald Reaganbill signing pen. The \"bill signers\" are the most sought-after of all President Reagan pens.

This authentic White House pen comes in its original presentation box with both the Presidential Seal and President Reagan\'sfacsimilesignature on the box. The pen carries the President\'s facsimile signature, as well, and the wording \"The White House.\" Parker manufactured this pen and has a long history with the White House for making high quality pens. I have not tried writing with the pen and cannot attest to the quality of the ink cartridge. It is a beautiful vintage pen, perfect for display.

Because I am relisting this item, I\'d like to make the sale more attractive. I will also include in this aucion a Parker pen and pencil set. The metal, silver tone, pens carry the facsimile signature of President Reagan. The box is a bit tarnished and dented, but it an authentic White House issued item.
