Rare Precious Moments sculpture/figurine. 1 of 3000. This figurine is in overall very nice condition, with the following observations.
* Music box works for a short time (about 15 seconds on a full wind), but the ferris wheel does not turn as the drive band that operates it has broken. It could be replaced.* There is some minor loss of the gold painting on some of the edgings.* Three of the little cars have chips in the porcelain where they attach to the ferris wheel, but the loop is still complete.* One of the little cars has a missing chip on the loop where it attaches to the ferris wheel. It will still hold on, but can slide off easily.
