Up for offer is a rare example of a pre WW1 era US Army Engineers Frock Coat. This example is a 1902 pattern, with red and white collar insignia for engineers. Engineer castle sleeve insignias present as well. Impressive bullion style embroidery to the sleeves for the rank of a Major. Unfortunate fraying to the red silk piping on the breast area, as well as the reverse collar area. Missing the shoulder insignia, but complete with the buttons. \"The Cadet Store West Point\" label on the interior lining. A great rare example!
