Post 1960s Unmarked Wagner Ware 9\" Cast Iron Chef Skillet Restored Condition:

This is an example of an unmarkedWagner Ware Chef\'s skillet from the 1960s. The cooking surface still retains allof its original factory polishing marks. There are a few tiny spots of etchingfrom corrosion that can be seen in the photos. The pan does not fit flat on apolished granite surface and is not recommended for us on a ceramic stovetop.This is not an issue for use on a gas range.No chips, cracks, or repairs.

This item was stripped down to baremetal using collector approved lye bath and electrolysis treatments. Thisprocess ensures the removal of all residue from previous use making it safe touse once more. The item is lightly seasoned with one round of Crisco at 450 for1 hour. This item was photographed in very bright light to highlight finedetails. Under these lighting conditions, items may take on a brown color.Items are much darker under normal light.
