HIGHER VALUE CARDS (V AND ABOVE) ARE ALSO PLACED INSIDE A SEPARATE SLEEVE INSIDE THE TOPLOADER.

CARDS WITH A VALUE OF LESS THAN £2 MAY BE SHIPPED WITH UP TO THREE CARDS PER TOPLOADER.

ALL CARDS ARE SHIPPIED INSIDE A CARDBOARD BOX TO ENSURE SAFE ARRIVAL - NO FLIMSY ENVELOPES ARE USED!

We are an independent video game store based in the Eden Shopping Centre, High Wycombe.

We specialise in video games, consoles and accessories, DVD, Blu-ray, board games plus a wide range of collectable merchandise across brands including Disney, Marvel, DC, Star Wars and many more.

We also stock a wide range of TCG Products (Trading Card Games) including Pokemon, MTG (Magic The Gathering), CFV (CardFight Vanguard) and accept payment by;

We offer same day dispatch on all orders paid for by 3PM Mon-Fri (Excludes bank holidays). Any orders paid for after 3PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. This is dependent on the shipping service you choose when placing your order. will display an estimated arrival date on the item page before you purchase.

Q. Can I change my address after I have placed an order?

A. As we use Royal Mail software which automatically produces your postage label from your payment details, we are unable to change this after purchase. If you have placed an order with the wrong address please message us ASAP. We will then cancel and refund your order, so that you can re-order with the correct address/postage details.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We offer international delivery through the Global Shipping Program (GSP). This is where advertise our goods on sites around the world along with a separate charge for international postage and any applicable customs/import charges. When you order through GSP, we will ship the item to an warehouse in the UK. then repackage the item and send it to you. Please note that the delivery and import charges are set by and we do not have any control over those costs. GSP can offer reduced shipping costs for multiple items purchased in one transaction - Just add the desired items to your basket and will show you the total shipping costs before purchase. For international orders will show you an estimated arrival date before purchase.

Q. I have not received my order.

A. If the estimated delivery window has passed and you have not received your order, please message us through messaging.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. If a trackable postage service was chosen you will see the tracking number on your my page on the evening the item was dispatched.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Should you need to cancel your order please message us ASAP through messages. We dispatch orders throughout the day, if we are able to cancel it we will do so. If the order has already been shipped we do offer 30-day returns on all purchases.

Q. Can I return an unwanted item?

A. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however if you\'re not you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Please see our Returns page for full details.

Q. I have received a damaged/faulty item.

A. We are sorry to hear this. Please message us through with details of the issue and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.

A. Please message us through messaging and we will do our best to want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however if you\'re not you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs. Please send us a message through the messaging system to arrange this.

Unwanted goods must be returned in resaleable condition in original packaging and any new DVDs / games must still be sealed. Please ensure the product is packaged suitably to prevent damage during transit, and we recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery method as we take no responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
