Pinocchio Disney Marionette Collection, Limited Editions, Bob Baker personally signed the actual wood control in front of me.
The later versions of Pinocchio, Mickey, Minnie, and others were completed with a poured plastic control. Also, the puppets were made smaller by up to 2" smaller. The listing you are purchasing has the original wooden control set. These were hand-made in a small shop in Burbank, California. Each hand, foot, body, and other parts were made there as well. All made by hand and meticulously detailed as you can see. The strings are all high grade and the marionette was hand-strung by a professional. This Pinocchio was only made for a short time and these particular version of Pinocchio have become very desirable.
The marionette is new as far as never have been performed or played with at all since it was made in the 90s.
