Rupprecht of Bavaria (*18. May 1869 Munich, †02. August 1955 Starnberg) was the last Bavarian crown prince and military leader in the German army during the First World War. His full title until 1918 was His Royal Highness Rupprecht Maria Luitpold Ferdinand Crown Prince of Bavaria, Duke of Bavaria, Franconia and in Swabia, Count Palatine of the Rhine.

Antonia Roberte Sophie Wilhelmine of Nassau-Weilburg, Princess of Luxembourg (*07. October 1899 Hohenburg Castle, †31. July 1954 Lenzerheide) was the second wife of the last Bavarian Crown Prince Rupprecht of Bavaria.


Ludwig III, King of Bavaria (*07. January 1845 Munich, †18. October 1921 Hungary) was Prince Regent from 1912 and the last King of Bavaria from 1913 to 1918. With his deposition in the course of the November Revolution immediately before the end of the First World War, it ended on the 7th. November 1918 marks the 738-year rule of the Wittelsbach dynasty over Bavaria.
