Original owner, had them on my vintage x police car that was mostly stored as can see by unused registration stickers until recently when I transferred it to an antique plate so I wouldn\'t have to worry about yearly inspections anymore. Color\'s are still bright especially the red. There is some paint ware around outer edge from license plate frame rubbing and paint damage around screw holes from mounting. Plus paint thinning above letter D and number 3 and between numbers 3 and 6. A scratch under the A. Last thing is some sort of chemical stain either from gas station car was or acid rain not positive which or what or how to remove.I just wanted to point it out and you have to catch it in the right light to notice. Mostly covered up when frame is mounted, please check pictures.
