Patriotic Vintage Rattle Noisemaker:

Vintage patriotic rattle. All original, unaltered , working condition. Marbles are present, seen in last photo. The marbles are clay, so this is an early one. Handle is tight.

Measures approximately 2.75” x 3.75”

Marked, ‘Japan’ on the edge of litho and also embossed in both top and bottom discs. This is a copy of a Kirchhof design. ( I know because I own one)

This rare design does show some paint loss and some sort of unknown residue in some of the books and crannies. I cleaned it gently and would recommend not trying to remove it completely.
