Pair of vintage Bakelite Barometers from Taylor (\"Baroguide\"), butterscotch base:

Two vintage original Bakelite barometers made by Taylor. Rich butterscotch color bases with darker main bodies. Not 100% identical but carry the same model name. Both have the bubble cover with the rare intact pointer and twist knob to point to where the owner\'s preferred reading would be. Both have the adjustable control on the back. One dial is common technical version, and the other is more of an art-deco look with imitation guilloche in gold in the center (the darker ring).Superb examples in great condition. Base colors are the typical darker butterscotch, not the orange-ish color that shows up in some photos.
Part of my father\'s collection of bakelite items.Base measures 4 3/4\" wide, body is 3 3/4\" wide. Total height is 4\". Identical measurements for the two.
