This is a great pair of vintage coffee mugs likely from the 1980s and made by the Conrad Crafters pottery in Wheeling, West Viriginia. The theme of the mugs is West Virginia and its notable spots. As noted, the condition is good overall, but one of the two mugs does have a small crack on the rim that you can see in our pictures. The porcelain in that area does not feel loose or ready to chip off or anything of that nature.
