Pair of Vintage Norfolk & Western SD45 Locomotive Number Boards Pair of Vintage Norfolk & Western SD45 Locomotive Number Boards These are older Lexan locomotive number boards. We\'re not 100% sure these came from a N&W SD45 locomotive but this is what the family of the estate said. The one looks like it is older than the other one. They both have wear from years of use though. There are no cracks to the Lexan. The number 7 on one of them has a one inch long chip missing from the (see close up photos) number 7. These still have soot on the backside and both could use a cleaning. Each one measures about 30 1/2 X 10 X 5/16 inches thick. I\'m not sure if the numbers are cast into the boards or somehow applied. They look to be cast into the board though. We have locomotive numbers 1698 and 1699 that we will be listing in the future. Look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself.I\'m not an expert on every item I sell so if I forgot to mention something just ask and I\'ll try to answer your question.
