Silver Mounted Nut Crackers

Description

Jacksons antique are pleased to offer this pair of quality silver mounted nut crackers in their original box. The nut crackers beautifully composed with an ebony type wood having silver mounts to the front of the body and the handles. Hallmarked in several places, Sheffield, Sterling byMartin, Hall & Co (Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall) and dated 1891.

Condition

Very Good overall, one of the nutcrackers has some damage around the screw both function correctly, the box has some damage to the front where it opens but is otherwise is ok. Wear consistent with age. (See all photos)
