Condition of the hat pins is used, good. Both have superficial scratches. One of the pins has a chipped edge at the top, and a surface flake on one of the side panels. The pin shanks are straight. Please note that the extreme closeup of some of the photos are to show fine details and any possible imperfections. These fine details are much less visible in normal view and use.
