These are wonderfully Antique Patriotic Paper Lanterns. Both still have the metal brackets for holding the candles. Accordion with Red White and Blue Paper. Cardboard Top and Bottom. There are some small holes in the accordion (see pics). Carefully stretched out they are about 6 inches long and have a diameter of 7 1/2 inches. There is also some candle wax in bottom of lanterns. Some minor tearing around edges of cardboard top and bottom. One has original metal hanger. One is missing metal hanger. Probably from 1920’s or 1930’s. Great Primitive Antique Pieces that have survived the decades!
