Pair of vintage curtain panels dating from the early 50\'s, entirely hand crocheted fillet lace, in a beautiful Victorian Peacock design.This entirely hand crocheted pair of cream curtains is so beautiful and the quality of work is exceptional.It is almost hard to believe that they were completely created from scratch with a cotton blend yarn and a crochet hook.They would literally have taken months to make.The person whose grandmother made these, told us that they date from the early 50\'s and they were brought here from Italy.Each panel measures 30\" across X 80\" long including the tassels or fringe.The pair is in good used condition, clean and no holes or imperfections.Each panel is quite heavy and very sturdy.Please check our other same crochet curtain panels that came from the same house / estate.These curtain panels were used all around the same estate / house.
