Up for this sale is a truly a one of a kind item. It is a beautiful large Bible belonging to Father Alessio Parente. This extraordinary item was given by Father Alessio Parente, care taker and personal friend of Padre Pio from 1960 to 1968. This very special Bible measures 9\" x 12\" x 3\". It is in fantastic condition. It has obviously been read by Father and was cherished and cared for for many years.It comes with a sheet of hand written verses by Father as this writing sheet was in between one of the front pages so we will include it, very special. We have only this one that Fr. Alessio owned. He would bring this with him when he traveled to the United States and read from it during his missions. We have decided to offer it to the public for future devotion and adoration. Please see all of the photos shown for complete description and condition.
