Rumrill Red Wing Pottery\'s Vase #500 in teal is very rare. I believe this is/was a prototype. I cannot find another of this particular vase in this pretty, soft teal color! There is a pottery skip along one upper edge of the vase (see photo #3), but it\'s subtle and certainly wouldn\'t show with flowers in it. This vase style #500 from Rumrill is known as the \"flower\" because of its shape. There are other variations of this vase in other colors, just not this teal green color. It has a nice, low gloss glaze and is clearly marked on the underside, RUMRILL #500.
Overall size is 5.5\" high x 5.5\" wide at the mouth of the vase. It weighs just under 2#\'s. It\'s a beautiful, rare pc., and with the exception of the slight pottery skip, it\'s in excellent condition!!
