Finger-flipper folder: This is more or less a utility knife; smooth one-finger opening is convenient in working environment. Size folded (4\") is convenient for pocket carry, and blade size (3\") is appropriate for typical work-cutting or personal use. As this knife is probably fewer than ten years old, blade is probably stainless steel, and it is coated black. I have carried and sharpened this knife and it is easy to sharpen (sort of like carbon steel) but holds an edge for some time (sort of like stainless steel). So let the buyer judge what he thinks it is. I found it to be a useful and durable knife while working in a warehouse. Note: dagger-style blade has a wicked point, but the back edge of the blade is NOT sharpened! This is not a weapon, nor should it be purchased as a weapon. My experience at work found the point a useful tool for piercing shrink-wrap and the blade for slicing it. I\'ve used it on cardboard and the edge held up under use. Liner lock works well, hasn\'t failed me. Flipper seems to have a ball-bearing pivot and is perfectly adjusted for my liking, but the rotation tension can be adjusted to buyer\'s liking with a Torx driver (not included in sale).Mailing only to USA-48.
