Pre-owned, But I\'m calling this BRAND NEW as it is in Near Mint condition.. I would rate it 9.4 at least, but I am not an expert. The book is very clean, and any \'fuzziness\' or flecks you see in the bagged photos are likely the bag itself, but I did add a couple shots of this one outside the bag. I am confident that this was never even read, and maybe never even thumbed through, and it has been bagged and boarded its entire life! I am the original owner. I am using Priority Mail Shipping, with Gemini Cardboard mailers that protect the comic books very well.
