This vintage, embossed postcard-- published by Geo. W. Hales of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-- shows the Liberty Bell and the B.P.O.E Elk with the inscription, \"1907 Proclamation ~ Hello Bill!\"
The postcard shows the stately Elk, the symbol of the organization. Philadelphia was apparently the destination for an important 1907 meeting.
After the years the postcard may show some typical wear, including some foxing around front edges.
