It is #58 of 275.

This is one of the pieces that started being produced in 2011 on the 35th Anniversary of the studio and represents part of the Walter Brockmann original collection. It is a must-have for any collector or lover of Christmas villages. Comes from a smoke and pet free home. Bring the magic of the holiday season into your home with this delightful gingerbread ouse. Cord and light are not included.

This duplicates one of the six original pieces that were ultimately copied by Department 56 and which started out the Snow House craze from 1974 and continues on today.
