The Pontius family was originally from Sturgis, Michigan. At least by 1910 they moved to Ferndale, Washington. Marvin was a US Army soldier stationed in San Francisco from 1917-1918. SORRY. I WILL NOT SELL OR SHIP THIS ITEM TO RUSSIA, AFRICA, OR SOUTH AMERICA DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH POSTAL SYSTEMS. DATE: WWI - photo does not glow under a black light.
