ITEM: Original WWI Aerial Photo of US 2nd CAS AVIATION FIELD, 19 February 1919. Not sure if this is the same as the earlier 2nd Aviation Instruction Center at Tours, France. PHOTO IS CLEANLY TORN DOWN THE MIDDLE and could easily be restored. See all scans. Photo came from Private Glenn Thomas Buckley of Oil City, Pennsylvania who served in an Aero Squadron in France, 1918. I have not been able to ID his squadron, but one of the officers was a Lieutenant John Fancher. SORRY. I WILL NOT SELL OR SHIP THIS ITEM TO RUSSIA, AFRICA, OR SOUTH AMERICA DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH POSTAL SYSTEMS. DATE: WWI - photo does not glow under a black light.
