WW 1 KHAKI CANVAS U.S. BAR Gunner\'s Ammo /MagazineBelt

These belts were introduced by the US Army in 1918 when the Browning Automatic Rifle

(BAR) was introduced. It was designed for wear by the Gunner.

This belt for sale is the US WW2BAR Ammo Belt for a Browning Automatic Rifle. Every belt is fully adjustable. This is new old stock. Unused.

This belt has the metal rifle butt holder included on a leather backing which means it has one less pouch.

This WW1 pattern was issued to all BAR Gunners and holds 20 rd BAR magazines. It has 5 pouches, 2 and the butt holder on the rightand 3 on the left in the bandoliers.

This belt is marked LONG 7 -18

The belt is 34\" / 87 cm waist but could be expanded by approx another 8\" / 20 cm.
