An original full-sized pre-Second World War era Portuguese Red Cross Service Medal ) issued by the Goverment of Portugal. This has a solid cast bronze pendant, with loose bevo ribbon and no brooch. There is some fraying to the ribbon but overall this item is still in good or very good condition.
