This is an Original Vintage Native American Indian Parfleche Quiver, estimated to be made between 1880-1920. The quiver is made of parfleche, a type of rawhide that was used by Native Americans to make containers for storing and carrying arrows and other items. The quiver is believed to have been made in the United States and is associated with the Native American culture of the country. Unfortunately, the ownership history of the quiver is not available. Typical black dot design. The carrying strap is a re-purposed leather military strap; maybe from an old rifle strap. Measures 31" tall x 4" wide x 4" thick.
