O\'Neill\'s work began in the 1960\'s where he did a strip called Odds Bodkins for the San Francisco Chronicle.

He\'s also famous (infamous) for his own underground comic book, Air Pirates Funnies which spoofed Disney characters and resulted in a famous lawsuit by the Disney Company.
