An Original - War of the Satellites- Roger Corman - US 1/2 Sheet 195828" x 22"One of Roger Corman's series of Sci-Fi Movies for Allied Artists - Whichquickly gained a cult-following - whilsthaving had a significant influence on generations of directors & producers that have come after.
And it's also understood this movie's title was George Lucas's inspiration for the title: 'Star Wars' ... Also, the reference to 'the Force' - in both movies ...
The poster has dynamic imagery - complete with Sputnik-like spheres & thrusting rockets ... and with great colours combinations.
And there is little real damage/wear: apart from the original printers' fold and a grey mark by the lower border. And if ever professionally backed; the fold - and probably the mark too - would disappear.
The poster has never been framed/displayed, and has been stored in a poster tube in cool, dark, dry, clean conditions for the 25+ years I've owned it.Background
