An original, late 1950s or early 1960s era brass US Army Reserve Military Intelligence enlisted branch of service (BOS) device. Three-piece all metal device with two clutch post fasteners on the back side. Hallmarked \"S-21.\" Very good condition, but the thin bar holding the two clutch posts is a little loose and will not tighten down completely. 25mm diameter.
