Item History -This splendid Ginger Jar was found at an estate sale in a small town in Central Texas. The lovely woman who owned the piece was a collector of many special items, but she was especially fond of her Asian items. While the jar was well loved by it\'s prior owner,she is now ready to make the perfect addition to your special collection.

This well-cared-for piece is free of cracks, chips and crazing. There are some brown/black specks on the lid; however, they are under the glaze surface - most likely occurring during the firing process. The piece is very clean and well cared for. It will make a wonderful addition to your decor.
