This is a very unique Olympic pin from the 2012 London Olympics presented by Dow Chemical, the official chemical company of this Olympic games. Dow produced several styles of Olympic pins but this one is especially nice.

Paying homage to the city of London and the famous Beatles Yellow Submarine, the periscope is actually a beaker with a lovely swirling blue ‘liquid’ inside. Above the ‘liquid’ is beautiful transparent blue enamel. The colors of this pin are really lovely, with the blues in the beaker matching the blue in the 2012 logo in the lower left corner of the submarine.

I have a large Beatles pin collection which I am breaking up and selling. It’s time for someone else to enjoy these pins as I have. All were stored away from light in a display case with a glass lid in a non-smoking home. Pins are in like-new condition.

This pin will be pinned on a cardboard, then placed in a plastic bag, then in a bubble wrap envelope.
