Here is an admission ticket for an illustrate lecture given by Dr. F. Langdon Humphreys on Indians and the Grand Canyon. The ticket reads: Admission Ticket INDIANS INDIANS INDIANS THE GRAND CANYON ILLUSTRATED LECTURE BY DR. F. LANGDON HUMPHREYS PICUTRES TAKEN BY HIMSELF - INDIAN RELICS BOYS\' ROOM FRIDAY, APRIL 24TH. 8 P.M. There is no year listed, but I found and old newspaper article from the Morris County Chronicle (Morristown, NJ) reporting that Dr. F. Langdon Humphreys will give a lecture illustrated with stereopticon slides taken from the original photographs, under the auspices of the Morristown Inian association. on April 28th, 1914 in Morristown, New Jersey, where he lived. The article is in the photos above and I will include a copy of this news article with the admission ticket. I think Dr. Humphreys was a minister from other articles I found on him. His wife died in 1949, and the obituary says she was a widow, so Dr. Humphreys passed a way before 1949.The ticket has been kept between two pieces of clear Mylar to protect it. I didn\'t take it out of this, but I can see a crease in it and a red mark on the back. Interesting piece of history. Postage will be 4.40 to the U. S.IF OUTSIDE THE U.
