Hard to find Jockey adjustable wrench by G.J. Capewell of Cheshire, CN. A patent for this wrench has never been found. This is the version with the cap and horseshoe on the head of the wrench. A few variants of this wrench have come up for sale lately, but it could easily be several years before another one comes up for sale. It is usually one of the highlight wrenches in a collection.
