This is an official NASA 8 1/2 x 11" Travel Request and Authorization from 1986. Astronaut Jerry Ross is requesting travel for a "SITE VISIT: DOD MeetingSPEECH: Category 1 appearance - American Society for Metals". The document is signed in ink at the top of the document by Ross. It is also signed at the bottom by Astronaut J. D. Wetherbee.
