In good shape hard to find. Looks like the original wrapping over handles ontop of the original wood. See pictures for more details. This is a unique and original set of WW1 wire cutters dated 1918 from the US Dchs Co. The cutters are a true piece of history and would make a great addition to any militaria collection. The conflict they were used in was the First World War (1914-18) and they were manufactured in France. The cutters are in their original state and have not been reproduced. They are a great conversation starter and will surely impress any collector.
