Thisitem is original in all- and was stored in a militaria collectors wall safe fordecades. - Very rare antique tin pilgrim bottle or flask from the second halfof the 18th century. This bottle is made in Western Europe, most likely inGermany OR Italy- Both countries used the same molding- variations on the chain and engraving- . The bottle is equipped with a screw cap lined with tin that is attached to a chain.At the bottom are the owner’s initials “T I”- NOTE: These ARE initials and notmaker’s marks. The bottle is made in a very high and heavy quality.
