It is part of the Olszewski Main Street USA Disneyland collection, which is a franchise of Disneyana. The product is a first edition and is in mint condition and is DOUBLE SIGNED by Olszewski.
Comes with box, COA, adapter and gold plate. Also has the fire truck, fire hydrant and flag as seen in photos. Lights are working. The piece is overall in great condition. Box has a few marks on it.
