Thepinback is missing from the. The blue ribbon shows some fading. The cello pin showssome age-related wear. But the piece is in very good condition, especiallyconsidering it is close to 100 years old!
Theback of the OES pin has the manufacturer paper intact: Sommer Badge Mfg Co.Newark NJ.
