This is a spectacular slab of orbicular ocean jasper from Madagascar. It measures 4.50 x 4.0 x .75 inches, and weighs a little over a half pound without any packing materials. One side of the piece has been sliced (but not polished) to expose the orbicular patterns, and the other side has been left uncut/rough. This piece was photographed DRY, and it displays beautifully as is. There are a few small cavities that have tiny sparkling drusy crystals that become visible when the piece is moved and light is reflected off of them. This piece has been in my personal collection for 20 years. Domestic shipping with delivery confirmation on this item is $10.50. I am always happy to combine multiple items to save on shipping costs.
