A lovely smoky blue slab of old mine Number 8 turquoise slab incredible color, material not dyed in any way or reconstituted. This weighs in at 49 grams (245 carats). Numerous shades of blue, some beautiful spiderwebbing and great patterning.

High Grade Number 8, fantastic material for cabbing.

This piece has been hardened to mainly preserve natural color over time, Turquoise that isn’t hardened has a tendency to turn green with time due to environmental factors such as skin oils, cleaners, exposure to soaps etc.

All Bisbee rough (dark blue great quality dense material) was acquired in the mid 60s. All Royston rough (stunning color and dense) was acquired late 50s to early 60s as well. We will combine shipping, after payment we will refund all overages for items shipping together.

When looking at Turquoise online pay particular attention to pricing, wording and photos. Many would say prices are high however much of the material we are offering is 30-60 yrs old ,nothing we have listed is dyed, reconstituted etc. We are not selling any fake material or material from other countries and claiming it’s USA produced. Much of the material is from mines no longer producing or producing minimal amounts of lesser quality (young material) . If pricing seems to be too good to be true elsewhere I assure you there’s a reason for it.
