This Norman Rockwell \"THE BIRTHDAY WISH\" 1984 Limited Edition Collectors Plate #227B-- is being sold with its Certificate of Authenticity, brochure, and original box and packaging. The plate is the sixth and final issue in theRockwell\'s Light Campaign Seriesby Knowles Fine China of West Virginia and certified by The Rockwell Society of America. This vintage plate is in \"mint\" condition and isapproximately 8-1/2\" in diameter and is gold-rimmed. The paperwork may show discoloration and creases from vintage age. The exterior box has some writing on it.
