Noritake Art Deco Mayonnaise Set Mountain Cherry Tree River Cottage Tan Luster:

This is a really lovely Noritake 3 piece mayonnaise set decorated in the Art Deco style. This set has as its main decoration a pattern that is highly collectible, depicting a river, cherry blossom tree, and mountains in the background. The cherry trees have small white moriage dots which I presume are to be thought of as blossoms. The overall glaze is tan luster/lustre with gold trim accents. It is in excellent overall condition, with no chips, fleabites, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. The underplate measures 4.5\" in diameter, and the bowl measures 3\" in diameter and is 2\" tall. It is marked on the bottom with the Noritake Cherry Blossom back stamp, in red, 19.1 as found in the David Spain book on Noritake. White spots, if any, are camera glare. Successful buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance and payment must be received within ten (10) business days of the close of the sale or the sale may be voided.
