Offering a beautiful Nimrod Sportsman Pipe lighter. Made in Cincinnati, Ohio. Patented Dec 4 1947; however, they were manufactured for many years and there really is no way to date it. I received this lighter in unused condition the wick was bright red without any signs of ignition. It had a frozen flint, requiring 2 days to clear. Of course I have lit it several times to ensure it works good and to take pictures.

Mechanically: Works good. Unlike most lighters, push up on the striker wheel.

Cosmetics: See pics. Please note the base of the wick. Last 2 pics are for information only, the paperwork IS NOT included.
