New Orleans Louisiana souvenir decorative plate, on front: The Cabildo, Lace Balconies, Old Absinthe House, Sugar Bowl, St. Louis Cathedral & General Jackson Memorial, and Mardi Gras (see photos). Approximate diameter of plate: 6". Hanging holes for wire on back (see photo). Very nice pre-owned condition; age & manufacturer unknown.
